TadexxPay is a digital service platform operated by Tadexx Enterprises providing mobile recharge and utility bill payment services. The platform enables users to perform prepaid/postpaid mobile recharge, DTH recharge, electricity, water, broadband and other utility bill payments in a secure and convenient manner. Our objective is to provide fast and reliable digital transactions, transparent pricing and charges, secure payment processing, and an easy user experience. We work in partnership with authorized service providers, telecom operators, billers and payment aggregators for service fulfillment. Nature of Business includes online mobile recharge services, utility bill payment services, and digital payment facilitation.
This Privacy Policy explains how TadexxPay collects, uses, processes and protects customer information. Information collected may include name, mobile number, email address, address, transaction history, device details and IP address, and KYC documents where required. Data is collected for service delivery, transaction processing, customer authentication, KYC and AML compliance, fraud monitoring, dispute handling, and regulatory reporting. Data may be shared with banks, payment gateways, biller partners, or authorities when legally required. We do not sell user data. We implement reasonable security practices including encryption, secure servers and access restriction, but no system guarantees absolute security. Our services are not intended for users below 18 years of age.
TadexxPay deals in digital services. Once a transaction has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled by the user. Refund may be initiated if the amount is debited but transaction failed, service not delivered, duplicate transaction due to system error, or failed money transfer. Refund is not applicable for wrong number/account/customer ID entered by the user or when service is already delivered. Refund processing time is typically 3–7 working days subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.

User must provide accurate information. Accounts may be suspended for suspicious or illegal activity.
Successful transactions are final and non■reversible. Charges and limits may change without prior notice.
TadexxPay is not liable for network failures, operator issues, bank delays or incorrect details entered by the user
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of competent courts.
