TTadexxPay refers to the digital platform providing mobile recharge, DTH recharge, data card recharge, and other digital payment services.
TUser refers to any individual who accesses or uses TadexxPay services.
Services include mobile recharge, DTH recharge, bill payments, and any other services introduced by TadexxPay from time to time.
The user must be at least 18 years of age to use TadexxPay
The user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at all times.
TSome services may require account registration
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (password/OTP)..
All activities carried out through the user’s account shall be the sole responsibility of the user.
TadexxPay acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for the services provided by telecom/DTH operators.
Successful or failed recharge transactions depend on the respective service provider.
Payments can be made through UPI, debit card, credit card, wallet, or other available payment methods.
Once a recharge is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed unless permitted by applicable law or operator policy.
